Cross country

Cross country is coming up so time to start training.

· Students can train at home by going for a brisk walk or a quick run. A good fun family activity to do together :)

· Fitness at school will consist of running.

 Cross country training is also available for Year 3 - 6 students and will begin in week 3. Training will take place on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 7:55am from the top tiger turf. You need a change of clothing and shoes. Distances will range from 2 to 3km.
