ICAS
ICAS is designed to target students’ higher-order thinking and problem-solving skills in English, Mathematics, Science, Writing, Spelling Bee and Digital Technologies.
ICAS Assessments are now all online, this allows greater accessibility for students and faster delivery of results.
2023 Participation
Our school has signed up for the ICAS Assessments parent payment system (PPS). Through this system, parents will pay for ICAS directly online while tests will still be held at our school.
No money is to be sent to school. This will not be on Kindo.
Please use the following details below to register your child no later than the dates specified on the permission form.
Also, complete and return the accompanying permission slip to school as soon as possible.

Music
MusiqHub
Guitar and ukulele lessons are available at Wakaaranga on Tuesdays. The lessons are half and hour long in either groups or one on one lessons. Your child will learn to play an instrument in a fun and engaging lesson environment where they will also learn key musical skills along the way. Chinese
Mandarin language school
After school Chinese classes run twice a week on a Tuesday and Friday afternoons 3:20 pm - 4.35 pm (beginner and intermediate level) or 3.30 pm-4.45 pm (advanced level).
Chinese Culture class and Conversation class is held once a week on a Wednesday, 3.20 pm-4.35 pm.
In addition, we run three art classes on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons 3:20 pm - 4:50 pm.
Everyone is welcome and enrolments are welcome throughout the year.
