Botanic Gardens

As part of our learning about planting and growing, Year 2 had a wonderful time visiting the Botanic Gardens. We participated in a very interactive education session and even planted a pea seed to bring back to class. We worked in the garden, planting seedlings, watering plants, digging and sweeping. We viewed the bug hotels and worm farms using magnifying glasses. We saw a lot of tiger worms! We explored the Botanic Gardens and had a great time.
